肝脏固有免疫功能对肝再生的影响

Overview
肝细胞、肝间质细胞（肝窦内皮细胞、星形细胞、Kupffer细胞）和＂过客淋巴细胞＂共同组成了肝脏的固有免疫系统,是全身免疫系统的一部分。除了参与肝脏的免疫应答外,肝固有免疫系统在肝损伤修复、肝再生过程中也有重要作用。肝间质细胞的激活启动了肝再生过程,肝间质细胞与实质细胞的相互作用促进了肝再生。肝间质细胞释放的炎性细胞因子既是肝再生的促进因素,也是制约因素。肝损伤时适当的炎症反应有利于肝再生,过强的炎症反应则容易造成肝损伤,不利于肝再生。本文着重归纳炎性反应在肝再生中的正反两方面作用,强调抗炎作用对肝再生的重要性。
