温针灸配合推拿治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨关节炎疗效观察

Overview
目的：观察温针灸配合推拿治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨关节炎（KOA）的临床疗效。方法：将48例KOA患者按就诊顺序号随机分成2组,每组24例。治疗组采用温针灸结合推拿治疗,对照组采用针刺加推拿治疗。2组均每天治疗1次,每次30 min,10 d为1疗程,共治疗3疗程。治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）及Lysholm膝关节评分量表（LKSS）评价临床疗效。结果：治疗3个疗程后,两组患者VAS和LKSS评分均与本组治疗前有统计学差异（均P〈0.01）,组间差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组愈显率为83.3%,对照组为66.7%,组间愈显率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：温针灸结合推拿治疗寒湿阻络型KOA疗效优于针刺加推拿治疗。
