湖北发现大耳菊头蝠

Overview
本研究组于2013年4月在湖北十堰市使用手抄网采集到2只菊头蝠（Rhinolophus sp.）。该种体型较小，耳相对头部较大，鼻叶发达，前臂长分别为46.15、47.77 mm。体毛短而细密，背面淡棕色，腹面米黄色；马蹄叶中部具明显缺刻，前端两侧下方各有一小附叶；鞍状叶宽大，呈舌型；连接叶起自鞍状叶背部，顶部高于鞍状叶；顶叶长，顶端呈圆形。颅骨较为扁平，颅全长分别为19.52、19.72 mm，脑颅高7.32、7.55 mm，矢状嵴不明显，额凹较浅；齿式为1.1.2.3/2.1.3.3 = 32。基于COI基因序列的系统发育分析表明，本次所获标本与大耳菊头蝠（R.episcopus）聚为一支。结合形态特征与分子数据，将其鉴定为大耳菊头蝠，为湖北省翼手目（Chiroptera）分布新纪录种。标本（标本号：FX13216、FX13221；均为雄性）现保存于广东省科学院动物研究所。
