新疆与重庆首次发现马铁菊头蝠

Overview
2023年6—8月，在新疆维吾尔自治区和重庆市进行翼手目（Chiroptera）物种多样性调查时，使用竖琴网采集到2号雄性菊头蝠（Rhinolophus sp.）。该种体型中等，前臂长分别为59.43、60.29 mm。头部鼻叶发达，鞍状叶两侧中部向下凹陷，两侧边缘接近平行，顶叶与联接叶相连，顶叶略高于联接叶，整体鼻叶狭窄挺拔。体毛细滑，毛基与毛干呈黑灰色，毛尖灰白色，背毛浅棕褐色，腹毛浅灰色。头骨狭长，颅全长分别为25.74、25.32 mm，矢状嵴发达；鼻隆高近似圆形，眶间距较窄，颧骨发达；上颌门齿较小，上下犬齿发达，上述形态与马铁菊头蝠（Rh. ferrumequinum）特征一致。基于Cyt b基因片段的贝叶斯系统发育学证据也支持上述结论，鉴定为马铁菊头蝠。新疆维吾尔自治区和重庆市为该物种的新发现分布地，丰富了两地翼手目物种资源的多样性，为该物种在中国西南、西北地区的分布与扩散研究提供了基础数据。
