Overview
为了探索东北林蛙在越冬期内生殖器官的生理变化,本研究自2013年10月至翌年3月,每月采集雌、雄成体林蛙各10只,测定雄蛙的体重、睾丸重、脂肪体重; 雌蛙的体重、输卵管重和卵巢重,并进行测定器官的系数计算和相关性分析。结果表明:雄性林蛙睾丸的重量和系数在越冬期里无显著变化(P>0.05),而脂肪体的重量和系数自1月之后显著降低(P<0.01)。雌性林蛙卵巢的重量和系数自1月开始显著增加(P<0.01); 而输卵管系数在越冬的第1个阶段(11月~12月间)显著上升(P<0.01)。相关性分析证明脂肪体是雄蛙的主要越冬能量来源,而输卵管则是卵巢中卵子发育的主要营养物质来源。本研究揭示了林蛙越冬期生殖生理基本规律,并为林蛙养殖提供科学依据。
