Overview
为探讨阿拉善黄鼠(Spermophilus alaschanicus)的消化道特征对贺兰山荒漠环境的适应,对野生环境中阿拉善黄鼠消化道各项指标进行了测定。实验分别测定了不同季节胃、小肠、大肠、盲肠的长度、鲜重及净鲜重。结果表明阿拉善黄鼠消化道的总鲜重和总长度有显著季节差异,秋季较高,夏季次之,春季最低; 胃和盲肠鲜重以及盲肠净鲜重有显著季节差异,以秋季最重,春夏较轻; 小肠和盲肠的长度有显著季节差异,两者秋季最长,小肠夏季居中,春季最短,而盲肠春季居中,夏季最短。研究结果显示阿拉善黄鼠通过调节总消化道长度、小肠长度、盲肠长度及重量来适应荒漠环境的季节变化。
