阿法沙龙联合右美托咪定对玉米锦蛇麻醉诱导及苏醒的效果评估

Overview
为评估阿法沙龙和右美托咪定复合麻醉对玉米锦蛇（Pantherophis guttatus）的麻醉效果与安全性，本研究采用自身交叉实验设计，将6条玉米锦蛇按随机顺序给予3种剂量组合的肌内注射麻醉（组合A，阿法沙龙5.0 mg/kg + 右美托咪定0.05 mg/kg；组合B，6.5 mg/kg + 0.10 mg/kg；组合C，8.0 mg/kg + 0.15 mg/kg），记录麻醉诱导期和苏醒期的时长及动物行为学表现，持续监测心率、呼吸频率和体温，并检测麻醉前后动物的红细胞压积及血液生化指标；给药后60 min注射10倍于右美托咪定剂量的阿替美唑解醒并评估苏醒效果。结果显示：组合A仅产生轻度镇静和镇痛，无法达到外科麻醉深度；组合B可在大部分个体（66.67%）中诱导出满足临床操作所需的镇静深度，但镇痛与肌松不完全；组合C在所有个体中均诱导出稳定的外科麻醉深度，镇痛与肌松效果完善且苏醒平稳。三种组合处理均引起显著的心率和呼吸抑制（P < 0.01），但抑制程度与剂量无明确线性关系，且对体温、体质量及主要血液指标影响较小。结果表明，阿法沙龙8.0 mg/kg联合右美托咪定0.15 mg/kg是玉米锦蛇安全、有效的肌内注射麻醉诱导方案，可为游蛇科（Colubridae）物种临床麻醉方案的优化提供参考依据。
