甘肃和宁夏发现狭耳鼠耳蝠

Overview
2013年6月和7月，本研究组分别在甘肃省平凉市、永昌县及宁夏回族自治区固原市的废弃窑洞中捕获4只鼠耳蝠，均为雄性（标本号：KT13744、KT13748、YC13754、PY13771）。通过其外部形态特征、体型参数及部分标本的Cyt b基因序列对比，对其进行物种鉴定。上述鼠耳蝠体型较大（头体长66.5～69.2 mm，前臂长58.00～61.11 mm），后足长约为胫骨长的一半，耳狭长，呈三角形，耳屏细长；体毛细长柔密，背毛毛基黑灰色，毛尖浅褐色；腹毛基黑灰色，毛尖烟白色，背腹毛色分明；头骨整体粗壮狭长，颅全长22.26～23.16 mm，脑颅低圆，矢状嵴明显，齿式为2.1.3.3/3.1.3.3 = 38。所有形态及颅骨特征均与狭耳鼠耳蝠（Myotis blythii）相符。Cyt b序列比对显示，甘肃标本（YC13754）与狭耳鼠耳蝠聚为一支，遗传距离最小为0.00%。基于形态、颅骨特征及系统发育证据，鉴定这4号标本为狭耳鼠耳蝠（Myotis blythii），该物种为甘肃省和宁夏回族自治区翼手目分布新记录，标本保藏于广东省科学院动物研究所。
