Overview
說故事（storytelling)為人類傳承文化及 智慧的一種方式。在組織中，透過說故事能有 效的轉移内隱知識，促進組織内外的溝通及學 習，並有助於組織價値的建立。大學是創新知 識的重要來源之一，在知識經濟時代中佔有重 要地位，若能善加利用說故事之方式，必能更 有效傳播大學之理念、精神與文化。因此本研 究以世新大學為個案研究，使用深度訪談法萃 取大學社群之組織共同故事，及共同故事對社 群成員的意義與價値。研究結果歸納出六類世 新大學之組織共同故事，而其中，創辦人對於 世新大學組織中之資深教職員影響深遠
