Overview
Ces quelque 20 années de transformations quasi-permanentes de l'organisation des marchés financiers, entre 1970 et 1990, environ n'ont pas concerné que les intermédiaires et les Bourses. Elles ont également été marquées par l'évolution de la clientèle et accompagnées par la transformation des autorités de marché. Pour saisir l'ampleur de ces mutations, cet article examine ce qui s'est produit dans les quatre domaines suivants : la clientèle, les entreprises de marché, les intermédiaires et les autorités de marché. Between 1970 and 1990, the twenty years of financial markets structure changes didn't concern only brokers and Stock exchanges. They also were outstanding by customers' and market authorities' changes. To expose these changes, this article examines evolutions in four fields: customers, market institutions, brokers and market authorities.
