Overview
This note analyses some of the thesis present in Agostino Carrino’s Legge e libertà. Primato del parlamento e sindacato delle leggi nella costituzione austriaca del 1920. In particular, it examines the cultural context in which the Austrian Constitution of 1920 was produced, the influence exercised in its drafting by Hans Kelsen and the issue of constitutional justice, with a special attention to the challenges related to it.
