Overview
Regarding the letter \"A Fur Rancher's Defense\" [Nov. 7] by Robert A. Barrett, who raises chinchillas for fur: Barrett takes issue with a previous letter criticizing the fur industry [\"Spare the Animals,\" Oct. 21]. Instead of defending his trade, however, Barrett provides us with an expert's admission that the fur coats we see in the ads are obtained by killing millions of animals each year.
