Overview
ABSTRACT Los sinsabores del verdadero policía (2011), Chicas Muertas (2014), and Racimo (2014),show the ravages of globalization in border towns or provinces of Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. [...]this horror is symbolized by the bodies of mutilated women that appear from the northern border of Mexico to the center of Argentine territory. To show this, a comparative analysis based on various theoretical resources allow to establish that these books constitute a geography of horror. La causa de la muerte era la misma, había sido degollada con un cuchillo de grandes dimensiones, en el lugar de los hechos, sin embargo, no se encontraron rasgos de sangre [...] quedaba fuera de toda duda que el asesinato se había cometido en otra parte (286).
