Overview
The 2019 Regina Medal marks the sixtieth year -- and sixty-first medal -- of the Catholic Library Association's Regina Medal, awarding \"continued, distinguished contribution to children's literature without regard to the nature of the contribution.\" Over sixty years this award has recognized authors, illustrators, editors, and at least one publisher. For most of its history, the Regina Medal was administered by the Children's Library Services Section of CLA.
