Overview
母性缺失会导致哺乳期间不哺乳、弃仔, 甚至食仔行为。笔者通过监控录像、现场观察等方式, 对1只雌性华南虎 (Panthera tigris amoyensis) 杀婴食仔行为进行初步研究, 观察其杀婴食仔过程, 结合日常饲养管理, 推测诱发此次杀婴食仔行为可能在于高龄泌乳能力差、幼崽身体缺陷或者频繁舔舐误伤幼崽, 不排除人为干扰和疾病因素。并针对诱因提出饲养管理建议, 为虎的人工饲养管理提供参考。
