The Blue Flower music, lyrics, script, and videography by Jim Bauer, artwork, story, and videography by Ruth Bauer (1 Dec.-8 Jan.) R. Buckminster Fuller: The History (and Mystery) of The Universe written by D. W. Jacobs from the art, work, and writings of R. Buckminster Fuller (14 Jan.-5 Feb.) Ajax by Sophocles, translated by Charles Connaghan (12 Feb.-3 Mar.) Prometheus Bound text and lyrics by Steven Sater (from the play by Aeschylus), music by Serj Tankian (25 Feb.-2 Apr.) The American Repertory Theater (ART) identifies as its core mission \"expanding the boundaries of theater.\" The ART's Ajax expanded the boundaries of theatre into the community not only with its Chorus of locals, but also by partnering with Theater of War, a so-called \"social impact company\" which performs Greek war tragedies for military audiences. The two companies presented free public readings from Ajax and Philoctetes, followed by panel discussions with active and former military personnel about the relevance of the plays in our own time of war.
