Armed Forces to remain loyal to Bakhtiar Administration and declares Coups d'etat out of the question ; France News media report that Ruhollah Khomeini views the Revolutionary Islamic Council as paving the way for Elections to an assembly which he would \"supervise and direct\"; Iran. Parliament. Majlis opens debate on Bakhtiar Administration; Foreign exchange Payments backlog on Iran Debt service should be addressed quickly by Iran. Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance; Bank Melli (Iran) Employees have voted to resume operations but will not touch transactions for Iran. Armed Forces; Shapour Bakhtiar warns against Terrorist groups who seek to Sabotage Bakhtiar Administration
