Overview
For most of this decade, evening skies for Vermont's economy have been rosy red, but while professionnal observers are uniformly optimistic about prospects for the near future, they are keeping a wary eye on the morning sky. The state's economy is generally robust, benefitting from the longest sustained period of growth in the national economy in this century. However, there are questions about the strength of the underpinnings of that growth.
