Overview
Teaching ethics to information technology professionals many not be quite as hard as presenting the same concepts to auditors or politicians, but it's apparently difficult to hold their interest. In a desperate attempt to gain the attention of his students, John Lenarcic, who is a lecturer in Business Information Technology at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, is bringing in comic book superheroes, such as Batman, Spiderman, and Wolverine, to encourage students to explore their own responsibilities to society and the moral implications of the power they will wield as IT professionals.
