Overview
A University of Florida professor's purchase of TutoringZone will be referred to the UF general counsel's office after his disclosure and approval came after the purchase, according to his dean. [Chris James] registered his purchase of TutoringZone's assets June 11 and filed to create Tutoring Zone II LLC on July 3. He and a chairman, but not the dean, signed his disclosure form Sept. 10.
