Overview
JOHN Christie continued his superb summer of success in the National Hot Rod division with victory in the SHP Engineering Irish Open Championship at Ballymena Raceway on August 31. Competitors from England, Scotland and Southern Ireland travelled to the province for the event, but once again it was the Northern Ireland drivers who dominated the major placings.
