Overview
The reality facing the club is that skilled players in the local area who could help the team, no longer want to play for the team. Tyler Shantz, Mitch Price, Jay Anderson, Craig Anderson, and Rocky Collins would bolster the local lineup immensely. Each has their own good reason for choosing to jump ship. The reasons appear to be varied. They don't like the coach, they don't want to play on the same team as this guy, they want to be paid, they want to win, they don't see the current executive as being committed to winning. Currently, High Prairie's business community appears to be unwilling to give money to the Regals to pay local players. It's the sad reality. Whatever happened to the pride of playing for the home team? It's a very valid question.
