\"As it stands now, the city is required to have on hand an analysis of impediments to fair housing,\" and no annual update is required, Shawna Tillery, Burlington's community development administrator, told City Council members in January. \"These new fair housing regulations are in the draft form, but we've been told by HUD that they're pretty much going to be approved,\" Tillery said. [Marjorie Williams] said she will be in Burlington through Wednesday to \"look at the policies that touch on housing anywhere in the city,\" including zoning ordinances, code enforcement and the city's comprehensive plan.
