Overview
\"If we go to a farm or a market and we see something good - 'Watermelon's in!' - we'll make something up,\" said [Chris Gooding]. Pop Heart's finished popsicles have no preservatives or added sugar, save what comes from the bees they keep on [Rebecca Barnstaple]'s parents' farm. The honey is harvested to be the popsicles' sweetener. Midland's Chris Gooding and Rebecca Barnstaple credit the idea for their business Pop Heart to son Zeus, right. Both he and their other son, [Ambrose], help out at farmers' markets selling the gourmet popsicles.
