Overview
Joseph Conte, 28, of 4172 Manchester St., is charged with one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, open lewdness, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving without a valid driver's license and other traffic violations, according to charging documents. Conte admitted to drinking \"a few beers\" prior to the crash, according to charging documents. PennDOT records showed Conte's driver's license was expired, police said.
