Overview
The caller said [Tony Baker] left the scene in a blue Pontiac. While deputies were responding to the original call, another 911 call came in, indicating that Baker had jumped on the child and began hitting her, the report said. A WCSO sergeant ap-proached the location go-ing southbound with emergency lights acti-vated. Baker made a \"quick and abrupt\" turn towards the patrol vehicle forcing the deputy to avoid a collision and enter a ditch on the west shoulder.
