In addition to her husband and daughters, and many dear friends, [Heather Michelle Frazier] leaves behind family in Rockville, Maryland: her father, John Gage Tyner, and his partner Phoebe Black; her aunt, Karen Hasslet, cousins Carly and Tyler, and second cousin Jacob. In Annapolis, Heather is survived by her parents-in-law, Jack and Brenda Frazier; brother-in-law and his wife, Bart and Rhea Frazier, and nieces Cassidy and Sophia.
