The charges cover his actions from April 2015 to this month, for which he is accused of setting up sexual encounters at the Red Carpet Inn and Suites and the Econo Lodge in Scranton, the Relax Inn in Wilkes-Barre, the Mohegan Sun Pocono Hotel and the Red Roof Inn in Plains Township, and a hotel in Reading. [Mark Cook] used the women's addictions as well as heroin, cocaine and MDMA to control them, according to the indictment.
