Overview
At the Carmel Business Roundtable meeting two weeks ago, we were told that if the City Council does not approve the funding for this year's construction in early February, all remaining construction on Keystone Avenue will be pushed into 2010, at a higher cost due to inflation and with a yearlong disruption to traffic on Keystone -- including the possibility of having to close Keystone Avenue to all traffic for up to six months.
