Overview
The Cowichan Valley Lacrosse Association's Lacrosse Day in the Valley begins at 8 a.m. with a novice game and doesn't finish until a Junior B game between Cowichan Valley and Campbell River that runs from 7 to 10 p.m. In between, there'll be non-stop action. The games start at 9 a.m., 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 p.m., 3, 4 and 5:30. \"For anyone wanting to find out more about the sport or our association, please drop in,'' invites CVLA president Lissa Laing Punnett. \"We will be there to answer your questions.'' - Duncan's Ryne Bodger will be attending the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota in the fall. He'll also be playing hockey for the school's Div. 3 team.
