Overview
The illustrations, which blend gaudy exuberance and crisply collaged detail, are a treat. Particularly charming are the end-papers - a chart of \"quiet\" colours at the front and of \"loud\" ones, plus a handy note about synaesthesia, at the back. A lovely book, which should go down well with children of three and up.
