Overview
[Dan Clancy], 48, joined the Wisconsin Technical College System in 1996 as what is now called the vice president of finance and policy. He also spent 17 years as a fiscal analyst and program supervisor with the state Legislative Fiscal Bureau. \"I've worked closely with Dan Clancy over the past several months in his capacity as interim president,\" [Jim Doyle] said. \"We have worked well together, most recently in promoting new innovative companies by creating a network of entrepreneurial assistance centers across Wisconsin.\" Darnell Cole, president of Milwaukee Area Technical College, said Clancy's \"extensive knowledge of the WTCS and state government position him to be an effective leader in challenging times.\"
