Bartolotta's upscale restaurants including Bacchus, the Lake Park Bistro, Mr. B's Steakhouse and Ristorante Bartolotta in Wauwatosa and Milwaukee will be busy tonight as well as on the holiday on Tuesday, [John Wise] said. When Valentine's Day falls on a weekday, the Saturday before is often the busiest for restaurants, said Wise and other restaurant operators. Some restaurants that serve Sunday brunch also will get a boost because of Valentine's Day. Some business likely will spill over into next weekend, too. Ann's Italian Restaurant in Hales Corners will serve lobster ravioli and heart-shaped raspberry cheesecake for their Valentine special, said manager Justin Giersch. The cozy eatery was mostly booked for tonight and Valentine's Day by midweek.
