Overview
[Louis R. Godena] and [Peter Fay] were arrested July 20 while collecting ballot petition signatures outside a Victory Supermarket at Southgate Plaza on Route 117. Arthur P. DiGeronimo, co-owner of the supermarket, complained to police that Godena and Fay were standing too near the entrance to the store and that they refused to move when asked.
