Overview
Paul Hebron and Amy Mc-Kenna are Douglas and Lily Zweig. Their friends are [MARIA LYLE Jason O'Connell] and Stacey Scotte, as Rex and Violet Franklin. It's clear from the outset that Violet and Rex are seriously mismatched; he writes the kind of best-selling fiction that can be churned out in volume rather than quality; she's more attracted to the more finely crafted literature Douglas is writing (and not selling). So when Violet, a bit on the mousy side compared with the va-va- voom of Lily, declares her love for Douglas, who seems a real kindred spirit, the dynamics of the foursome are forever changed.
