\"The hand-written letter contains utterance of divorce and advice for [Nony Ismail] to care for their daughter,\" he said, testifying in a RM1.5 million divorce claim filed by Nony against [Zubir Embong]. [Mohd Rozi Zaidi Ismail], who is Nony's brother, said Zubir sent Nony to her family house in February 1997 because he had to oversee matters in Kuala Lumpur. To a question, Mohd Rozi said he only heard from Nony that Zubir had promised to give her a Mercedes C200.
