Overview
[Joe Kohn] joined a pair of fellow Democrats, Mayor Charlie Robertson and police Commissioner Herbert Grofcsik, on the City Hall steps to urge more statewide cooperation in knocking off drug kingpins. Kohn faces state Sen. Mike Fisher, R-Allegheny County, in the Nov. 5 election. Asked about the big-city dealers that have descended on towns like York, Kohn said more regional cooperation could be the answer.
