Lee Small Baker COCKEYSVILLE, MD-Lee Small Baker died at Broadmead in Cockeysville, Md., on Tuesday, November 8, 2005. She was 103 years old. Born October 27, 1902, in York, she was the daughter of George Small, president of the PA&S Small Co. Mrs. Baker graduated from Oldfields School in Glencoe, Md., in 1919. She married The Rev. Richard Henry Baker in October, 1926, and they lived in Baltimore from 1931-1951 while her husband was Rector. The consummate hostess, Mrs.
