QUARTERBACK CHIP Ferguson hasn't returned to full practice. Trainer Randy Oravetz said Ferguson's injured left shoulder has improved, but the decision on whether he will play Saturday against No. 15 South Carolina won't be made until game time. Coach Bobby Bowden: \"It will take a miracle in the next couple of days for him to play. It has happened before, but it's very shaky right now. We had a good day of practice. The trainers tell me that Chip looked a little better today, but he is still not ready to practice.\"
