Overview
[Louis Ferrante], 24 and from Flushing, was arrested soon after his new rap song - \"Justice Not Found: The [John Gotti] Story\" - made its way into record stores and started becoming a cult hit. Queens Borough President Claire Shulman has put out a restaurant guide covering some of the borough's eateries. Copies are free and available at Borough Hall, 120-55 Queens Blvd. in Kew Gardens.
