Fired by their zealotry, this trio is seeking the holy grail of barbecue - capturing the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational Barbecue title. Barbecue, long a bastion of southern and midwestern tradition, may be perturbed by this city slicker Yankee upstart. For the first time in the event's 15-year history, a group from New York City is challenging traditionalists at their home turf in Lynchburg, Tenn. (home of the Jack Daniels distillery) this month. \"Well, actually we do,\" Besasir said. \"There's been storms, there's been blizzards and we barbecue. Every single piece of meat in this house winds up on that barbecue. ... Even fish and vegetables. Yeah, we're that crazy.
