[Jesse Giles] says: Pete's Candy Store is sweet!! The space in Pete's is tight, but the bar has a lot of flavor. There's an outdoor space that has heat lamps to keep you warm during the cooler months. They've got great beers on tap, some signature drinks, live music, games - what more could you ask for? ... Oh, it could be a little closer to home. And if you don't like tight spaces and lots of people, this might not be the place for you. Besides the interesting decorative features and its lineup of wacky special events, the best part about Pete's is that there is never a cover charge and the drinks are some of the most generously portioned I've seen. For a change, I felt like I was actually getting a good deal and not being ripped off. Throw in the interesting mix of locals, and you've got one sweet place to visit next time you're in the 'Burg.
