Overview
[Deisy Oropesa] was charged with 174 counts of fraud, corruption and official misconduct by a public employee. She was being held Friday at the Hillsborough County jail on $665,000 bail. Also arrested was 39-year-old Dora Ines Cana, charged with fraudulent identification after troopers said she obtained a fake license from Oropesa.
