Overview
She married Fletcher F. Acord on June 10, 1961, in the St. George LDS Temple. After her marriage, she continued to teach in Colorado and Arizona until the birth of their children. She and Fletcher were blessed with Edy, Jim, Ann and [Carol Lynn Acord]. Together they lived in Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and Utah. Each place they lived, [Flora Lee Maxfield Acord] served in various positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including several stake and ward Relief Society Presidencies. In each place she lived she made strong, lifelong friendships that endure to the present.
