Overview
PRESIDENT BUSH'S pointman on 9/11 health will resign a week before the sixth anniversary of the terrorist attacks. Dr. John Agwunobi will leave his post as an assistant health secretary Sept. 4 to oversee Wal-Mart's expanding health and wellness unit. Jordan Lite Cops found Leos Tseng, 29, in his Kew Gardens Hills apartment and an arsenal - 46 handguns, 12 rifles, a shotgun and numerous swords, silencers and ammo, police said. Tseng was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a loaded firearm, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. Michael White
