\"Esperamos, con todo respeto, del representante de la mas alta jerarquia catolica que es el Arzobispo Primado de Mexico, Norberto Rivera, quien representa para millones de jovenes mexicanos un liderazgo, mas alla de ser un importante funcionario, respeto irrestricto al cumplimiento de las labores de la Secretaria de Salud, en prevencion del sida entre los jovenes\". El Partido de la Revolucion Democratica hizo un llamado a la Iglesia Catolica, en especial al Arzobispo Primado de Mexico, Norberto Rivera, para que colabore, en beneficio de la vida de los jovenes mexicanos que le son fieles, para combatir el sida, a traves del uso del condon.
