A visitation for [Fred H. Wardle], 89, will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of a service at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Village Baptist Church, 515 S. Frontenac St., Aurora. Private interment will be in Chapel Hill Gardens West, Oakbrook Terrace. Born Feb. 6, 1916, in Oak Park, he died Monday, May 16, 2005, at his home. Fred grew up in Glen Ellyn, graduating from Glenbard High School in 1935 and from Antioch College in 1940. He owned and operated the family business, F.H.
