MEXICO.- La campana presidencial entro en una fase en la que dificilmente los candidatos ganaran ya mas votos. Eso cree el politologo Luis Salazar, director del Instituto de la Transicion Democratica. Salazar considera que el debate entre aspirantes a la Presidencia de la Republica no ha sido ni sera utilizado como un recurso para discutir y plantear soluciones de fondo a los problema del pais. \"Es penoso constatar que en las preferencias de voto, los candidatos no avanzan por sus propuestas sino por ocurrencias y que por lo tanto no hay candidatos que convenzan\", dice quien es tambien academico de la Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana.
