Overview
The Bergen County Sheriff's Office's SWAT team was notified, and Tenafly and Dumont police blocked off the area awaiting the team. While they were waiting for SWAT to arrive, the man left the residence and surrendered to police. He was taken to Bergen Regional Medical Center for treatment, [Mustafa Rabboh] said. \"We're treating it just as an evaluation where he's going to get treatment,\" Rabboh said. [Edward Obertlik] was charged Wednesday with possession of a handgun, an assault firearm, a rifle, four counts of possession of a shotgun and the charge of certain persons not allowed to have weapons, Rabboh said.
