Overview
Minto has two rental projects planned -- one at Bay and Yorkville and the other at Yonge and Eglinton. The latter, consisting of two towers, will have approximately 450 rental apartments. Two other sites, one at Yonge and Lawrence and the other at Avenue and Lawrence, are currently occupied by low-rise apartment buildings, which Tower Hill built in the '50s and '60s. As with the other new rental projects, the developer uses the term \"condo quality\" to describe the new high-rise buildings planned for the area. They will be equipped with a 24-hour concierge and security, state-of-the-art wiring, gyms, courtyards and meeting rooms.
